Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling employee lifecycle processes while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.
Address employee queries and support engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT or corporate hiring is an added advantage.
Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
