about the role:

we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented talent acquisition intern to join our team at pepup hr. the internship offers real-time exposure to recruitment consulting and an opportunity to develop end-to-end hiring expertise across diverse roles. you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding and engaging candidates across diverse roles while learning best practices in recruitment operations. the role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in talent acquisition with real-time learning and mentoring.

key responsibilities:

− manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for the clients.

− source candidates using job portals, linkedin, and other professional networks.

− screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure role fit.

− schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates.

− maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

− prepare job descriptions and recruitment posts as required.

− ensure timely closures and a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

required qualifications:

− bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in business administration, or a related field preferably from tier-1 college.

− strong interest in recruitment with willingness to own responsibilities.

− excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

− ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver results under deadlines.

− familiarity with ms office tools.
