Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop workforce plans. Analyze current and future staffing requirements, identify skill gaps, and develop recruitment strategies to address those gaps.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and sourcing plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Determine the most effective channels and methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
