Position : Executive - Talent Acquisition

Eligibility : Any Fresher or Experienced candidate can walk-in for the interview

Minimum Qualification :Any Graduate & above

Job Description :

Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online job portals such as Naukri, Times, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook and lot more based on clients requirement.

Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.

Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.

Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face to face interview round with company managers.

Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.

Lining up of candidates from face to face interview rounds based on short listing from client company side.

Taking feedback from client company on the interviews done.

Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation collection.

Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side
