key responsibilities:
understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.
source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
qualifications:
bachelors degree in hr, business administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
familiarity with job portals, ats, and recruitment tools.
