Job Role : Talent Acquisition
• 2 years of exposure to Staffing Industry Sales/BD.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Networking and social media.
• Knowledge and keenness to work on Outbound marketing tools like HubSpot etc.
• Extensive Social Media presence enabling the brand presence.
• Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
• Represent Talent Socio in seminars/Events to build/create networks.
• Preparing business proposals & PPT presentations.
• Initiate and develop relationships with clients and Understand their recruitment needs.
• Setting up meetings with the Potential clients and meeting them
• Onboard new clients and maintaining connect for initial 3 months to ensure pull.

Salary: 3-5 LPA
