The ideal candidate should have experience in garment cutting and possess a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:- Fabric Cutting: Accurately cut fabric according to patterns and specifications to ensure high-quality garment production. This involves measuring and laying out fabrics carefully to avoid waste.- Pattern Interpretation: Understand and interpret patterns to create various styles and sizes. This requires a good understanding of design and tailoring techniques.- Quality Control: Check the finished cut pieces for defects and inconsistencies. This ensures that only high-quality materials proceed to the sewing stage.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with tailors and designers to discuss and implement cutting needs.
