Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of servers, systems, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise applications.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems (Active Directory, etc.).

Perform regular security monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and apply patches and updates.

Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.

Support virtualization technologies (., VMware, Hyper-V).

Monitor and respond to IT service tickets and provide Tier 2/3 support.

Maintain system documentation, logs, and manuals.

Implement and manage antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint protection.

Collaborate with IT team members and vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of system and network administration.

Experience with Windows Server, Linux systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are preferred.
