Sustainability Project Coordinator

The Kabadiwala

as a sustainability project manager, you will be responsible for:

• create a framework to drive action for the take-back / circular economy program.

• develop a roadmap to reach impact targets and stimulate progress through collaborative action-oriented work streams

• responsible for planning, execution, monitoring of take back program

• plan collection sources, quantities, funds required, and awareness program for successful execution of take-back program

• engage citizens through interactive awareness sessions to give used product/packaging waste to the kabadiwala

• measure and report progress

• manage and train a team of volunteers to support the take-back initiative

requirement

• experience of 2 years in managing csr / sustainability projects for brands or ngo

• on the ground experience preferred

• able to create an impact through successful planning and implementation of take-back campaigns

• understanding of sources from where the used packaging/product can be collected

• willing to work in the waste and sustainability sector

• willingness to work on the field 80% of the time

• proficiency in ms office

• travel across targeted cities

• love working in the waste and sustainability sector
