Key Responsibilities

CCTV & Security Control Monitoring

Live Feed Supervision: Continuously monitor live CCTV video feeds across facility perimeters, access points, shop floors, inventory stores, and restricted areas.

Incident Detection: Identify unauthorized access, safety violations, suspicious behavior, theft, vandalism, or operational protocol breaches immediately.

Control Room Operations: Operate pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras, video management systems (VMS), alarm panels, and access control logs.

Reporting & Incident Response

Real-time Alerting: Promptly report active incidents or safety threats to floor security supervisors, facility managers, or local law enforcement as required.

Incident Log Management: Maintain accurate, time-stamped incident logs, occurrence registers, and shift hand-over reports.

Video Footage Retrieval & Archiving: Export, catalogue, and preserve video footage required for internal investigations, audits, or legal compliance.

Audit & Operational Support

Process & Safety Audits: Monitor employee adherence to safety protocols (PPE usage, fire exit clearance) and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on camera health, recording servers, power backups, and monitors; report hardware failures to the IT/Maintenance team immediately.
