Urgent Requirement For Surface Grinder Operator

Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to determine

dimensions and tolerances.

ï‚· Grinding & Finishing:

Perform precision grinding operations to achieve required surface finish and accuracy.

Select appropriate grinding wheels and abrasives for each job.

ï‚· Quality Inspection:

Inspect finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and surface

finish comparators. Maintain high accuracy and finish standards.

ï‚· Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools. Follow all safety

procedures while operating grinding equipment.

ï‚· Tool Room Support:

Assist in manufacturing and reconditioning of dies, jigs, fixtures, punches, and other tool

room components. Work closely with toolmakers and production teams to resolve toolrelated issues.

ï‚· Documentation:

Maintain job records, inspection reports, and tool maintenance logs.
