We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience, but freshers with the right skills are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
 Monitor system performance and resolve any connectivity issues.
 Assist in installing and configuring computer systems and applications.
 Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients.
 Document issues and follow up with customers for problem resolution.
 Collaborate with other IT teams for more complex issues.
Requirements:
 Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
 Willingness to work during UK hours (05:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role (Freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
 Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and techniques.
 Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL practices is a plus.
