π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations and grievance cases in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to employee queries through calls, emails, and internal support systems.
Document and escalate issues when needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Assist HR teams in investigations, compliance tracking, and employee support activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure employee concerns are addressed.
π Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or a Law graduate
1β2 years of relevant HR support or employee relations experience
Strong communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills
Empathetic listener with a solution-oriented mindset
