Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Analyze supply chain data and generate reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.

Resolve supply chain-related issues, including delivery delays and inventory discrepancies.

Support demand planning and forecasting activities.

Maintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and shipment transactions.
