ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
â— Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops
â— Review End to end implementations and support
â— SAP Release Management including Regression testing
â— In Depth understanding of integration points for Compensation module
â— Manages requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and designs activities. Evaluates business
requirements and prepares detailed functional and technical (non-exclusive) specifications.
â— Will be expected to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
â— Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations with federal, state and
local authorities
â— Participate in the review of new functionality for each system release and in the implementation and testing of
the release
â— Partner with vendors on data accuracy, troubleshooting and business process changes
â— Maintain business process documentation
â— Manage setup of system content, including loading and testing of new fields, projects, data
â— Identify opportunities for improvements to how the application(s) are used (which would be raised to the
broader HR Operations (HR Ops) leadership for continuous improvement)
â— Involved in UAT reviews and Sign-offs, staging data, walk-through processes with AMS team, explaining the
errors and pain points
â— Working the errors with the respective team to have them corrected in the system in a timely manner
â— Review AMS provided solution or questions, assist in helping understand issues, explaining process and test
AMS solutions and regression testing
â— Project work, as and when needed
SKILLS REQUIRED
â— In depth knowledge of Compensation module with at least 2 full life cycle implementation or support experience
â— Preferred Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation Module
â— Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
