Student Counselor / Inside Sales

A Student Counselor is an important role within Sales team. Provide administrative support and areinvolved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process. Under general direction, provides counselling inthe areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning relatedcounselling.Duties & Responsibilities: The person will be the first line of contact for all incoming communications to the admissionsoffice. He / She required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through and other electronic means about admission/ programmes queries. Will be working closely with admission department across the University and will becoordinating with concerned team for smooth onboarding of student. He / She be required to coordinate/attend/represent/participate at the various admissionevents for promotion of the programmes and admission process at the Institute /University. Monitor the responses and provide data to generate leads. MIS and making reports Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University or the qualification prescribed by the Board ofManagement. Candidates should have minimum 1-5 years of experience in similar capacity.Training in Counselling is desirable. Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute preferredSkills & Abilities Good English language ability Good English Communication Skills Ability to speak clearly and articulately Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition Some amount of knowledge of call center systems such as telephony systems, CRM Databasesand computer Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization Ability to multi-task
