Hiring For Structural Design Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer with specialized expertise in offshore modular structural design for ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience focusing on mechanical structures and load-bearing elements, with specific knowledge of explosion-proof, fire-rated designs for offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Design and analyze mechanical structures and load-bearing elements for offshore modular buildings

€¢ Ensure all designs comply with ADNOC offshore project specifications and requirements

€¢ Develop explosion-proof and fire-rated structural solutions for offshore applications

€¢ Create modular building designs that are compatible with project specifications

€¢ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity and safety compliance

€¢ Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and design reports

€¢ Review and approve structural designs from junior engineers

€¢ Stay updated with industry standards and ADNOC specifications for offshore structures

Technical Focus:

€¢ This role focuses exclusively on mechanical structural design for offshore modular buildings

Expertise in using FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools.

€¢ Note: This position does NOT involve civil engineering or construction management aspects

€¢ All designs must be compatible with ADNOC offshore project requirements

Preferred Qualifications: €¢ Previous experience with offshore structures or heavy lifting equipment in the oil and gas industry. €¢ Knowledge of software tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD software. €¢ Familiarity with project management software tools.
