STP Supervisor (Male)

We are seeking an STP Operator to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience and an . qualification, predominantly male candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, office-based position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operation of STP Systems:** Manage the daily functioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) to ensure efficient processing and treatment of wastewater.

- **Monitoring Equipment:** Regularly check and maintain machinery and equipment related to the STP, ensuring they are in good working order and reporting any issues.

- **Conducting Tests:** Perform routine water quality tests to monitor the treatment process, ensuring all parameters meet safety and environmental standards.

- **Data Logging:** Maintain accurate records of operational data, including flow rates and treatment results, to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the STP environment to ensure personal and team safety.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of STP processes and wastewater treatment technologies is essential.

- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to treatment processes.
