the position is with toy library cum play arena. the set up is of play arena where kids between the age of 3-10 yrs come & play.

the store manager is responsible for overall running the store.

he is responsible for managing the overall p&l of the arena

manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers

providing customers a safe and clean store through housekeeping staff

manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

organize special promotions, displays and events

initiate changes to improve the business, . revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
