Store Manager

The position is with Toy Library cum play Arena. The set up is of play arena where kids between the age of 3-10 Yrs come & play.

The Store Manager is responsible for overall running the store.

He is responsible for Managing the overall P&L of the Arena

€¢ Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

€¢ Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers

€¢ Providing customers a safe and clean store through housekeeping staff

€¢ Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

€¢ Organize special promotions, displays and events

€¢ Initiate changes to improve the business, . revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
