# Job Vacancy: Stock Manager - Garment Industry

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage daily stock inventory of garments, fabrics, accessories, and finished goods.

* Maintain accurate stock records in Excel or inventory management software.

* Monitor stock inward and outward entries and ensure proper documentation.

* Coordinate with the purchase, production, warehouse, and dispatch departments.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock.

* Track stock availability and report shortages or excess inventory.

* Manage barcode-based stock entries and maintain inventory accuracy.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in stock management, preferably in the garment or textile industry.

* Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

* Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

* Experience with barcode systems and inventory software is an advantage.

* Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

* Ability to coordinate with different departments.
