Accorr is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage and oversee all store operations related to aluminum profiles, hardware, glass, and other materials used in doors, windows, and façade systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, inventory control, and timely issue/receipt of goods for smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issuance, and stock levels in register/ERP system.

Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of aluminum profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, and related materials.

Manage material issuance as per project/site requirements and coordinate with project and purchase teams.

Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requirements in advance.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the store premises.

Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery of materials.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of fragile or heavy materials.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 25 years of experience in store operations in construction/façade industry.

Knowledge of aluminum and glass materials, fittings, and hardware used in doors, windows & facades.

Proficient in store documentation, inventory software/ERP, and MS Office.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
