Dear Candidate,

Required candidate having at least 3-4 years experience in stores/inventory management. Work experience in Tally is a must.

JD for Stores Executive:

1) Will be responsible for complete inventory management of the school.

2) Maintaining & keeping all the documents updated, related to receipts, issues & stock of materials.

3) Proper Coordination with other departments on various aspects.

4) Maintaining accurate records of Assets issued & received from Employees and Asset data of the school.

5) Need to have good knowledge on the Inventory flow process.

6) To manage Stores department efficiently, amicably & with high degree of motivation.

7) Follow-ups with purchase team for timely delivery of materials & informing the concerned person on the same.

8) All the bills need to be submitted to the A/cs dept on time after verification with respect to qty & price.

9) Physical Verification of materials received in the campus.

10) Complete physical stock verification of Stores stock on Quarterly basis.

11) Need to take care of POS. (Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduation

Location: Work location: Chrysalis High Yelahanka

Note : Candidate preferred from Yelahanka and Bagalur locations.

Candidates are required to travel within the branches.
