Urgent opening for Store Executive in Manufacturing Industry @ Panchkula Haryana Location

Desired Experience:

Experience 1 to 3 Years in Store Manufacturing

Experience in organizing day to day store operations

Ability to site material managing

Must have been a consistent employee in the previous organizations

Salary - 16,000 to 18,000 per month

Job Description:

1. Material in/ out properly:

Check material quantity as per invoice and packaging list with the help of security guard,

Arranging petty material/ spare and supplier as per requirement,

Maintain physical stock and movement record of raw material, packing material and tools & accessories,

Proper requisition with respective stock to be maintained and arrange BOQ for purchase department,

Sample provides to quality department on same day,

MRN entries in tally software on same day,

2. Job Work Material:

Material segregation for job work as per FP-Pro list within 03 days,

Maintain stock ledger for material movement,

Local purchase of material and development of new vendors,

Tally our challan and packaging list ready help executive (PUR) and finally sign GM-Operations,

Proper labelling (colour, code, size, bundle no.),

Proper loading with help of casual labour

3. Arrange and participate in weekly and monthly meetings with team members and immediate seniors as DPR on daily basis,

4. Any other task related to the above assigned by immediate senior from time to time,

5. Adherence to organisational policies and regulations.

Required Skill Sets:

Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook etc

Systematic data maintenance (in Tally) and internal office coordination

Updating about materials consumption

Proper management and record of material

Non Technical Skill Sets:

Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the organization.

Must be self-motivated with a desire to continue to learn new skills

Supportive and good coordination.
