Urgent Requirement For Store Controller

We are looking for a Store Controller with 8 to 10 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and should be male. This full-time position is based in Hosur Taluk and requires the individual to work from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inventory Management:** Oversee the accurate tracking of stock levels and ensure that inventory is replenished timely to meet the demands of the store.

- **Stock Audits:** Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify that physical stock matches the records, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.

- **Supplier Coordination:** Communicate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on inventory status, including stock levels, order status, and financial implications, to management for informed decision-making.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work with various departments such as sales and procurement to synchronize inventory management efforts and improve efficiency.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and team members.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
