We are looking for a Store Controller with 8 to 10 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. The candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in Commerce and should be male. This full-time position is based in Hosur Taluk and requires the individual to work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate tracking of stock levels and ensure that inventory is replenished timely to meet the demands of the store.- Stock Audits: Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify that physical stock matches the records, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on inventory status, including stock levels, order status, and financial implications, to management for informed decision-making.- Team Collaboration: Work with various departments such as sales and procurement to synchronize inventory management efforts and improve efficiency.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions.- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and team members.- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.- Attention to detail to maintain accurate stock records and reports.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
