Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, trading performance analysis, revenue tracking, and process improvement within our broking firm. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial market understanding, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze trading data, brokerage revenue, and client performance metrics

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Track client acquisition, activation, and retention metrics

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams

Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements

Monitor margin requirements, risk exposure, and trading limits

Support management with financial and performance analysis

Work with CRM and trading platforms for data extraction and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

03 years of experience (Freshers with strong analytical skills can apply)

Knowledge of stock market operations, equity & derivatives preferred

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)

Basic understanding of financial statements and brokerage revenue models

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Salary: 23,000 45,000 CTC per month (Based on experience & skills)
