Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
€¢ Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
€¢ Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring they are presented neatly and according to company standards.
€¢ Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
€¢ Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
€¢ Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
€¢ Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
€¢ Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
€¢ Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
€¢ Comply with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and cleanliness standards.
€¢ Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
€¢ Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
€¢ Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
€¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
€¢ A team player with a passion for providing exceptional service.
€¢ Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing (preferred).
€¢ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
€¢ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
€¢ Ability to carry trays and lift items.
