Job Description

Welcome guests warmly and assist them to their tables.

Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations when required.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously as per service standards.

Set up tables with cutlery, napkins, water, and condiments before service.

Clear and reset tables after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness at all times.

Assist with buffet setups, special requests, and guest needs during service.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including service stations and equipment.

Handle basic billing procedures and coordinate with the cashier if required.

Comply with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
