Job Description: Hiring a Steel Fixer in Belarus for rebar cutting, bending, tying, and reinforcement fixing for RCC columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.

Job Location: BELARUS

Key Responsibilities

Read drawings and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) to understand bar size, shape, spacing, and location.​

Measure, cut, and bend rebar/mesh using hand or power tools as per approved specifications.​

Tie reinforcement bars to make cages for columns, beams, slabs, footings, and retaining structures.​

Fix steel in the correct position inside shuttering/formwork with proper cover blocks, chairs, and spacers.​

Ensure alignment, lap length, anchorage, and clear cover to maintain structural strength before concreting.​

Handle, bundle, tag, and store cut/bent bars properly to reduce wastage and improve productivity.​

Coordinate with shuttering and concreting teams for smooth workflow and on-time pour readiness.​

Check reinforcement cleanliness (free from oil/mud) and support site inspection/quality approvals.​

Follow site safety rules, PPE use, safe lifting/handling practices, and housekeeping standards.

Salary & Earnings

Basic salary Range: 900 USD to 1000 USD

Over Time availability and Over Time calculation basis (as per local labour law/company policy).

Work Schedule

Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break).

Working 6 days.

Leave policy: As per Company Policy/Local Labour Law
