Job Description: Nurse Staff (All-Rounder Role)

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Nurse Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care, assist doctors in clinical procedures, and occasionally manage reception duties.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism.

- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and treatments.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Greet and assist patients at the reception when required, including scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.

- Manage the reception desk efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilization of equipment.

- Address patient concerns politely and empathetically to build trust and rapport.

### Qualifications and Skills:

- 12th pass (minimum qualification).

- Nursing certification or relevant degree (GNM, ANM, or . Nursing preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles seamlessly.

- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Basic computer skills for reception work and record management.
