we are seeking a skilled and versatile **nurse staff** to join our healthcare team. the ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care, assist doctors in clinical procedures, and occasionally manage reception duties.

### **key responsibilities:**

- deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism.

- assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and treatments.

- maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.

- greet and assist patients at the reception when required, including scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.

- manage the reception desk efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

- ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilization of equipment.

- address patient concerns politely and empathetically to build trust and rapport.

### **qualifications and skills:**

- **12th pass** (minimum qualification).

- nursing certification or relevant degree (gnm, anm, or . nursing preferred).

- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite demeanor.

- ability to multitask and adapt to various roles seamlessly.

- **freshers are welcome to apply**; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

- basic computer skills for reception work and record management.
