Job Description: Semi-Voice Process-Customer/Supplier Handling
As a Sr. Process Associate, you will be dealing directly with our Customers, Suppliers and be responsible for Pre-sale, order processing and Post-sale enquiries through email, chat and phone.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will own the order life cycle for a designated group of customers ensuring requirements are met within a timely manner and providing expertise to the sales team and associated customers in all matters relating to the customer order.
· Responsible for Sales
· Responsible for order payments to the suppliers
· Responsible for coordinating with suppliers for order deliveries
· Responsible for order acknowledgements
· Responsible for negotiations with suppliers for extra price requests
Skills and Experience :
If you have worked in a high-volume order processing environment and thrive on high volume administration then this position is for you. This role is fast paced and requires an individual who loves administration, coordination and service.
· Ability to work in a 24/7 dynamic sales environment
· Excellent communication skills both oral & written and interpersonal skills
· Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent follow up
