Experience in Grievance handling, goal setting, putting together HR Scorecards etc.

Conducting One to One discussion with Employee
Handle Performance appraisal & Promotion
Conducting Quarterly Town Hall meeting.
Conducting & Co-coordinating R & R program.
Organizing Out bound activities & Skip Level meeting
Responsible for analyzing training need analysis & training effectiveness
Competency mapping
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Process improvement
Exit interview analysis
Retention discussion
Develop Succession planning & career management for employees
