- Knowledge and command over English Language is mandatory
- Must be able to create reports and analyse them
- Knowledge of managing MIS
- Manage priorities, deliver results as planned and monitor progress towards goals
- Handle purchase and coordinate with vendors for quotations and first level negotiations, preparing comparative statements.
- Inventory and asset management
- Ensuring the cost management & quality of work as a driving factor
- Knowledge of computers is mandatory and must be able to research products on the internet
- Must have below skills
a. Knowledge and overseeing of construction and maintenance at sites.
b. Knowledge of IT products and infrastructure and their maintenance
c. Knowledge of handling and maintenance of electrical appliances
- recording of actions and follow-up as required
- Preparation of expense reports and processing of purchase orders
- Ability to assist with the coordination of events at onsite or offsite venues
