Job Description

maintain accurate books of accounts in tally/erp software.

record daily sales, purchase, receipts, and payments transactions.

prepare and submit gst, tds, and other statutory returns on time.

reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other reports.

coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers for payments.

handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.

support management with financial data for decision-making.
