Fresher hiring for SQL Developer

We are looking for a data-driven SQL Developer with a strong background in Power BI and Advanced Excel to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data backend management and front-end business intelligence, turning complex data structures into clear, actionable visual insights.

Salary & Compensation:

CTC Range: No Bar for the Right Candidate (commensurate with experience, technical depth, and interview performance).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database Development & SQL Management

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources.

Ensure database performance and query optimization for reporting.

2. Business Intelligence & Reporting (Power BI)

Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Write complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas and utilize Power Query for data modelling.

Manage data refreshes and workspace configurations.

3. Advanced Data Analysis (Excel)

Utilize Advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Pivot, Macros) for ad-hoc analysis and data validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).

Power BI: Proven experience in data modelling, DAX functions, and creating intuitive visual reports.

Advanced Excel: Master level in Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and automation through Power Query.

Experience:

Open (Salary will scale dynamically based on the candidate's actual experience and technical expertise).

Communication:

Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business teams.
