Core Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Identifying new business opportunities, pitching, and negotiating deals to meet revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Maintaining, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with existing and potential sponsors.
Account Management: Acting as the primary contact for sponsors, managing expectations, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Proposal & Contract Development: Creating sponsorship packages, proposals, and handling the administrative side of contracts and invoicing.
Strategy & Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and creating strategies to fill portfolio gaps.
Execution & Reporting: Coordinating sponsorship activations at events and providing post-event ROI reports and feedback
