THE ROLE
DA is looking for a Sponsorship & Collaborations Specialist to oversee the planning and execution
of sponsorships and collaborations with a key focus on Esports. You will report to the Head of
Marketing and support in the development of long-term strategies as well as seasonal plans. You
will liaise with internal departments, build marketing plans and oversee all projects to guarantee
brand awareness.
What You'll Do
• Oversee all sponsorships and collaboration related activities from research and planning to
execution
• Define and comply with timelines and drop calendars
• Liaise with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure budget and deadlines are
met
• Liaise with collaborating brands and sponsors to build and deliver collaborative products and
ideas
• Report and analyze the efficiency and success of marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain key documents including status, activation and creative briefs, sports
marketing calendars, seeding files and recap documents, internal communications,
competitive tracking, contracts etc.
• Drive the Esports marketing innovative message in the media through integrated
communications around key global initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, partners, agencies, consultants, athletes, and vendors to
ensure best-in-class work is delivered consistently.
Who You Are
• 3+ years in a similar role preferably in a sports brand
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, a master's is a plus.
• Proven knowledge and interest in Esports culture and community.
• Fluent in English written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
• Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Dynamic with excellent communication skills
• Autonomous and able to work against close deadlines
• Creative perspective with innovative ideas
• Problem solver with a great eye for detail
