Job Description

we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate speech therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to children with developmental, neurological, and communication challenges. the ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, a passion for working with children and families, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

key responsibilities:

1. assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

2. design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

3. work closely with parents and caregivers, guiding them with home-based strategies and progress updates.

4. collaborate with pediatric physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals for holistic care.

5. maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

6. stay updated with the latest techniques, tools, and research in the field of speech and language therapy.

7. experienced and should be able to manage pediatric cases
