Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and any contraindications.

Provide professional recommendations for appropriate treatments and wellness practices based on the client's needs.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities.

Strictly adhere to sanitary and safety protocols, including proper disinfection and sterilization of equipment and tools.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the spa's product offerings, including skincare and massage oils.

Recommend and sell spa products to clients, as appropriate, to enhance their wellness experience.

Client Experience:

Create a tranquil and soothing environment for clients, promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Ensure clients are comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their spa journey.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment details, health history, and any client feedback.

Keep inventory records of spa products and supplies, informing the spa manager of any replenishment needs.

Education and Training:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and wellness practices.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Certification in Spa Therapy or a related field.

State licensure or certification, if required by local regulations.

Strong knowledge of massage and spa techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A compassionate and client-centered approach.

High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
