We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our team in Malda, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking authentic South Indian dishes and bring creativity to the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Preparation of Dishes**: You will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and rasam, ensuring they are made to perfection and taste authentic.
2. **Menu Planning**: Collaborate with the team to create a diverse and appealing menu that highlights traditional South Indian cuisine while ensuring a balance of flavors and ingredients.
3. **Ingredient Management**: Manage kitchen supplies effectively, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and ensuring freshness of food items used in preparations.
4. **Kitchen Cleanliness**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring all cooking areas are sanitary.
5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy times and participate in training junior cooks if necessary.
Required Skills and Expectations:
