Analyst – Sourcing Analytics (Enterprise Strategic Sour)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Analytics professional to drive execution of projects within the Enterprise Strategic Sourcing (ESS) Analytics vertical.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with category managers, sourcing teams, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and support execution of sourcing analytics projects and deliver within timelines

✔ Analyze multiple datasets - contract, spend, invoice, and PO data

✔ Own and manage dashboards (category, supplier, regional performance)

✔ Enhance dashboards by improving metrics, visualization, and insights

✔ Perform spend analysis and baseline development; resolve data discrepancies

✔ Support data quality improvement initiatives

✔ Build and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting metrics

✔ Conduct RFP analytics including bid analysis, scenario modeling & award recommendations

✔ Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling for sourcing projects

✔ Perform advanced analytics using SQL, Python, R (as applicable)

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders

🧩 Required Experience & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

✅ Minimum 5 years of business/analytics experience

✅ Experience in sourcing/procurement spend analytics

✅ Strong analytical skills with large datasets & reporting

✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint

✅ Exposure to Indirect Procurement categories

✅ Strong stakeholder communication skills (global exposure preferred)

✅ Financial modeling and analytical reporting expertise
