What You Bring to the Team:Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and SubmissionBachelors Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experience or equivalent experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficienciesSelf-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Job Description: Should have 5 years of SAP PM / CS Experience with any manufacturing industry Should have 3-5 years of domain experience in Plant Maintenance in Manufacturing Industry Must be familiar with Plant Maintenance and Customer Service business functions Must have a minimum SAP Certification in S/4HANA 1809 or higher versions in PM / CS modules. Expertise in requirements understanding, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures Complete understanding and experience in SAP PM/CS module with deep knowledge on PM Master data, Notifications, Order types, Breakdown, Preventive, Refurbishment, Calibration etc. Warranty Claim processing, Task list management, Work Clearance Management etc. Should have good cross module integration knowledge especially controlling functions Must have at least 1 Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project experience in the role of independent functional PM / CS consultant Must have at least 1 Brownfield S/4HANA conversion / migration project experience in the role of independent functional PM/CS consultant Fiori Apps deployment skills is a must Should be willing to travel to project locations for short / long term assignments ABAP development skills a plus Experience in using SAP Tools like S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW etc Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills.
