🛠️ roles & responsibilities:

perform precise soldering and de soldering operations on pcbs and wiring systems.

assemble, solder, and integrate electronic and robotic components as per design specifications.

read and interpret basic electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and pcb layouts.

handle smt (surface mount technology) and through-hole soldering processes.

inspect and troubleshoot solder joints, connections, and components.

conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters to ensure connection quality.

maintain a clean, organized, and safe soldering workstation following esd protocols.

work in coordination with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to meet project deadlines.

record production data, soldering defects, and corrective actions for quality control.

🎓 qualifications:

minimum: iti in electronics, electrical, or wireman trade.

12th pass candidates with hands-on soldering experience can also apply.

diploma in electrical/electronics will be an added advantage.

🧑‍💼 key skills required:

excellent hand-soldering skills (smt & through-hole components)

familiarity with soldering tools like soldering iron, flux, tweezers, desoldering pump

understanding of basic electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, ics)
