• formal project life-cycle experience with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• excellent communication skill

• knowledge of latest industry trends in desktop, mobile, and web platform development

• sound knowledge of object oriented programming.

• candidate should aware of best practices of coding in industry

• should be technically sound and capable of coding / designing and unit/integration testing.

• hands on experience in microsoft sql server - good exp. in database design, writing store procedures, views and able to optimize the complex queries.
