with cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.

Built strong technical team and scale

Proven records in remote team management, guiding and collaborating with

cross-regional software development teams.

A track record of transforming a start-up into a scalable, high-growth company, with

tangible achievements.

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience integrating with robotics/IOT applications and Big Data Pub/Sub

architecture are big plus(es).

About you:

A minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in

a managerial role leading a team of software engineers.

A high-performing individual with exceptional communication skills and a deep

respect for team members.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an

equivalent field.

Proven skills in conflict resolution and team development.
