Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and technical excellence within the engineering team.

Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, reward top performers and retain top engineering talent.

Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Ensures the necessary resources are made available and allocated as per project plan, to ensure project delivery timelines are met effectively.

Ensure high-quality code, address legacy issues, and prioritize product features according to business requirements and company vision.

Drive technical decision-making, own and provide guidance on the technical architecture, design, and technology stack.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge.

Ensure that all software initiatives directly support our business objectives and long-term vision. Process Improvement and Optimization.

Implement and improve engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Foster a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Identify and invest in technology, process enhancements, and continuous delivery methods that boost team productivity.

Ensures the company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
