Software Application Specialist (Sign Making Industry)

As Software Application Specialist, you will be the main technical contact for our Reseller / Subscriber channel. After an in-depth training on SAi products, you will become part of our India support team.

Your tasks will include:

- Software support (remote or on-site)

- Reseller Training (remote or on-site) / Subscriber Training (Remote)

- Assist our Sales Team and/or Resellers at local trade shows

- Assist Product Management with software testing

- Work with Global support and other departments to track and share technical information

- ICC Profile creation for our customers as a Revenue Business.
