We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and Growth, with a passion for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition through social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Work with graphic designers to create engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, that align with brand messaging and target audience preferences.

Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging analytics tools to optimize campaigns, increase engagement, and identify new growth opportunities.

Setup the email marketing process from scratch, both transactional and promotional. Also, create a Whatsapp marketing plan to increase customer acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with business objectives and integrated with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, well versed with Growth tactics.

Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Experience in creating and curating engaging content, including copywriting and design.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Positive attitude, collaborative nature, and willingness to get involved in different functions across the organization.
