• Responding to customer’s comments, messages etc on social media
• Resolving customer queries raised on social media
• Coordinating with different departments to align and create the social media strategy
• Creating Social Media Calendar and content buckets
• Following latest social media trends and creating the content as per the latest trends
• Diverting all the queries to the website
• Checking the website on daily basis and get it updated as per the strategy
• Coordinate with the agencies and provide the required creatives/information etc.
• Maintain and update customer database
• Create creatives for emails/ brouchers etc.
• Organize photoshoots and collect content like Behind the Scene etc.)
