Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Social Media Executive (Course Promotion)

Actively track daily trends, viral formats, hooks, audios, and content styles across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms, and quickly adapt them for course-focused content.

Strategize content based on trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior, ensuring content is educational, relatable, and conversion-oriented.

Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts (both indoor and outdoor), including face-to-camera videos, voiceovers, screen recordings, and on-ground shoots when required.

Create and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar aligned with course launches, new batches, workshops, webinars, and enrollment deadlines. Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights on what content is working, what isn’t, and actionable optimization strategies.

Coordinate and capture feedback/testimonial footage from students, trainers for use on the website, landing pages, ads, and social media platforms.

Edit or coordinate editing of testimonial videos, reels, and short-form content to make them high-conversion and platform-optimized.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, profile visits, leads generated, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI.

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and course teams to align content with enrollment targets, revenue goals, and campaign timelines.

Continuously test new content formats, storytelling angles, creators’ styles, and funnel strategies to improve lead quality and enrolment rates.

Qualifications - Social Media Manager

2-4 years of experience in social media management for online courses, education brands, coaches or digital products.

Strong ability to spot trends early and convert them into engaging, results-driven content.

Hands-on experience in content planning, shooting, and execution (reels, videos, testimonials or webinars).

Comfortable being on camera or directing shoots and collecting student feedback footage.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and Facebook algorithms.

Proficiency in content creation/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).

Experience tracking reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPL and ROI, with monthly reporting.

Ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive enrollments and revenue.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
